A deposit is required to reserve each appointment. The deposit will be refunded provided you cancel with a 5 business day's advanced notification. The deposit amount is listed in your initial e-mail to set-up the first meeting. Deposits are refunded minum deductibe, coinsurance, and copayments. Cash pay customers need to prepay for each meeting. Credit, Debit, HSA Payments may be made via this site using PayPal or may be done by calling in over the telephone. Checks are not accepted.
